Theghostwriting.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to service unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activities.

Theghostwriting.ca may run contests and promotions with different terms. Review each promotion's specific terms. If there's a conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

We do not accept returns on completed orders. However, if the work does not meet the specified requirements, we will revise or recreate it at no extra cost.

Revisions are available within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" depending on the package. Contact your Project Manager via email for revisions. The content is delivered in Word format, and you retain rights to it.

Refunds are assessed case-by-case. They are not given for minor errors, client-caused delays, or low word count. Requests must be made within one business day if no work has started. Partial refunds may be considered if at least three revisions are used. For late delivery, a 50% refund is available if you have documented fault on our part.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Minor errors or delays
• Client-related delays
• Low word count
• Not-submitted concerns
• New demands or tips given

Refunds are available within one business day if no work has started. After work begins, partial refunds may be considered if at least three revisions have been used.

We aim for on-time delivery. If late and you’ve contacted us three times with evidence of our fault, a 50% refund will be issued. Refunds are settled through mutual agreement, with possible partial refunds or discounts.

We strive for high-quality work. Refunds are considered only if at least three revisions are requested and documented concerns are communicated at least three times within two weeks. Use official channels to avoid scams.

All content on Theghostwriting.ca, including text, images, and descriptions, is owned exclusively by Theghostwriting.ca. No content may be used without prior written permission. Users are prohibited from distributing, altering, or reposting any part of the content for commercial or personal gain without explicit consent.
